1. Please Give a 48hr Cancellation Notice:Life happens, but please understand all appointments are custom to each client. They are not one size fits all, so if you cancel at the last minute it's challenging to refill it. If you have paid a non refundable deposit, you will forfeit your deposit if you need  cancel or reschedule.  Repeat offenders will be asked to not continue booking with Blondology. 

2. Professional Products are Recommended for Home Use:Great effort is spent at your appointment using techniques & products to help maintain the integrity of your hair & help rebuild it. Over time this will help improve the condition & manageability. However it's a partnership with home care.  Professional product recommendations for home use are always made in the salon.  It is the client’s choice to follow, however Blondology work is not guaranteed if the client's home regimen consists of products not purchased from Uranz Hair Studio.

3. About Home DIY:Sometimes home DIY products look so easy and seem like a quick fix. Please note some home DIY colors, toners, and tinted shampoos etc. can cause damage to your hair. In some cases will make it very challenging, time consuming & difficult to remove which in turn will cost you extra money.
Please be aware there is no guarantee that all home DIY can be removed in one appointment. Also note any home diy of products not purchased at Uranz Hair Studio Salon including tinted shampoos will typically undo & void the guarantee of your gorgeous Blondology hair.
